Deniz Hazell

Director & Principal Speech Pathologist

About Me: Deniz brings over a decade of experience in the early childhood sector where she has supported the growth and development of hundreds of children in the local community as an Educator, Early Childhood Teacher & Centre Director. Throughout this time, Deniz supported countless children with communication delays and decided to further her passion, graduating with a Masters in Speech & Language Pathology in 2018.

My Passion: Deniz is passionate about early intervention, supporting children (0-18) and their parents achieve their communication goals and healthy global development.

Skills: Deniz is skilled with implementing;
1) Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC)
2) Extensive experience with Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
3) Autism Specific Intervention
4) School & Family Support

Stephen Hazell

Director & Principal Physiotherapist

About Me: Stephen graduated with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2016 and has spent his career supporting seniors and participants living with a wide variety of disability live their best lives. Stephen is highly skilled in degenerative neurological conditions, intellectual disability and supporting the functional changes that occur over a lifetime.

My Passion: Stephen is passionate about Adult Health, and all forms of Neurological Disability. Stephen loves supporting people identify fun ways to maintain their physical wellbeing including helping people of all skill levels engage in hydrotherapy safely.

Skills: Stephen is skilled with implementing;
1) Aquatic Physiotherapy (Hydrotherapy)
2) Assistive Technology (mobility, transfer, seating aids)
3) Manual Handling Plans + Training
4) Functional Rehabilitation

Fun Fact: You’ll never guess it, but Stephen is actually half Chinese, half Aussie!

Juliette Conway

Speech Pathologist

About Me: Juliette Conway is a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting individuals and families to achieve their communication goals. With many years of experience working with children and families in education and care settings, Juliette has developed a strong foundation in building rapport, fostering growth, and creating supportive environments. She graduated as a Speech Pathologist in 2024 and has experience across speech, language, voice, and swallowing. Juliette is committed to providing client-centred care and continues to broaden her skills to best support the needs of her clients.

My Passion:  Juliette is passionate about early intervention, supporting children from infancy through school age and their families to achieve their communication goals and thrive in their development.

1) Early Language Stimulation and supporting families of late talking children
2) Autism Specific Intervention across the lifespan
